Warranty
Tek Com Systems warranties all physical products against defects in workmanship and assembly. Products that are found to have faults within 90 days of purchase may be exchanged or repaired to new condition. Exclusions of warranty include damage caused by transit, environmental, abuse, and inappropriate operating conditions. E-mail service@tekcomsys.com to request our warranty policy in writing.

Information collected by Tek Com Systems will be shared with its associates for the sole purpose of providing products, support, and service to our customers. Private data will not be shared or sold for marketing purposes. It is the responsibility of our associates to inherit our privacy policy and comply with our requirements of secure data storage.

Associates
Our associates are employees, contractors, partner companies, subsidiaries, resellers, and distributors. These associates must adhere to the policies set forth here. Environmental
Tek Com Systems strives to protect our environment through both internal and external methods. Internally, we reduce waste and limit our energy usage. We regularly develop new methods of footprint reduction. Externally, we attempt to obtain components from manufactures that comply with RoHS standards. We also provide recycling plans for retired equipment. We build stronger relationships with associates who share awareness and have green action plans.
